1. How to create a new offer?
In the project, select "Quotes" and click "New Quote." Enter a title, expiration date, and payment method, then add the work specifications from the project. The system automatically generates a quote number and calculates the total value.
2. How to generate PDF offers?
After creating a quote, click "Review Quote" and select "Generate PDF." The system automatically generates a professional PDF document with information about the client, project, and all items. You can download the PDF and send it to the client.
3. How to manage project documentation?
In the project, select the "Documents" tab and click "Upload documents". You can upload drawings, cost estimates, contracts, photos and other files. You can categorize and search documents by category, date or name.
How can I create a quote from an XLS format bill of quantities?
In the project, select load from XLS in the preview screen to load the xls file. After that, select the columns that represent the category of work, the item name and the quantity, then select whether you want to transfer the items and categories to the permanent database, and after selecting the "Load" button, the system will automatically read the items from the cost estimate from the xlsx file and save them to your project for creating a quote. The next step is to assign prices to quantities and save the quote.
