INVESTOR SYSTEM

Module for investors — under construction

The investor module will provide an interactive portal for monitoring, financial review and management of the procurement of materials and equipment where investors and clients can directly participate in the quality control process of the works, track project costs and manage the procurement of materials and equipment they procure themselves.

The module for investors will provide two access options: Paid version for investors who manage their own projects and Light version for investors invited by a construction company. The paid version allows for the creation of new projects, connection with the construction company via invitation (automatic integration if the company uses our ERP, or manual entry), full monitoring of project finances with a breakdown of costs (materials purchased by the investor vs. labor charged by the company) and management of the procurement of materials and equipment. The Light version allows for an overview of the costs delivered by the construction company, confirmation of the quality of work through an interactive monitoring portal, and limited access without the ability to create projects and manage finances.

What the module offers
Paid version (Investor as an independent user)
Creation and management of projects – the investor can create new projects, manage them and connect with the construction company via invitation
Integration with a construction company – automatic project integration and data synchronization if the company uses our ERP, or manual data entry if it does not
Financial review and cost tracking - full monitoring of project finances with breakdown: materials and equipment (investor procures) vs. labor costs by phases of the hourly rate of workers or the price of the phase (the company charges), input and output accounts - fiscalization.
Management of procurement of materials and equipment - review of necessary materials, ordering, monitoring of procurement status and costs
Interactive monitoring portal – confirmation of the quality of the work, photos of the work, notes, comments, access to the construction log.
A cost perspective — monitoring planned vs. actual costs, identifying budget overruns and trend analysis
Data security — token-based access with expiry, rate limiting and IP tracking, data visible only to the investor
Light variant (Investor invited by construction company)
Access by invitation – the investor receives an invitation from the construction company and accesses the project without the ability to create new projects, suitable for investors in renovations
Construction company cost overview - the investor sees only the costs supplied by the construction company, the billed labor and material costs
Interactive monitoring portal – confirmation of the quality of the work, photographs of the work, notes and comments.
Limited access – review and confirmation only, no project and financial management. Data shared with the contractor
Automatic workflow – work completed → confirmation of supervision → email to investor → receipt of invoice with calculation of work costs

  • Project managers: automatic workflow, reduction of disputes, transparency, coordination with the investor regarding the procurement of materials (Paid version) or just an overview of costs (Light version)

Frequently asked questions

1. What is the difference between the Paid and Light versions?
The paid version allows you to create new projects, fully track finances, manage material procurement, and connect with a construction company via invitation. The light version only allows you to view the costs of work delivered by the construction company and confirm the quality of work, without the ability to create projects or manage finances.
2. How does an investor connect with a construction company?
In the Paid version, the investor creates a project and sends an invitation to the construction company. If the company uses our ERP, the integration is automatic. If not, the investor enters the data manually. In the Light version, the construction company sends an invitation to the investor who accesses the project with limited rights.
3. What can an investor see in the Light variant?
In the Light version, the investor only sees the costs delivered by the construction company (labor), can confirm the quality of the work through an interactive monitoring portal, view photos of the work and add notes. There is no access to finances, procurement of materials or the ability to create new projects.
4. How does integration with a construction company work?
If the construction company uses our ERP, the integration is automatic — data is synchronized in real time. If not, the investor in the Paid version enters data manually (labor costs, project status, etc.). In the Light version, the construction company controls all the data that the investor sees.
