      In most companies the situation looks like this:<\/p>

      • work orders \u2192 WhatsApp \/ Excel<\/li>
      • supervision \u2192 PDFs, papers<\/li>
      • work calculations \u2192 Excel spreadsheets<\/li>
      • invoices \u2192 accounting program<\/li>
      • fiscalization \u2192 special module or additional service<\/li><\/ul>

        Result:<\/p>

        \u27a1\ufe0f data is copied manually<\/strong>
        \u27a1\ufe0f every step carries the risk of error<\/strong>

        II. Copying items from the control to the account<\/h6>

        Generic ERPs do not have a construction workflow.<\/p>

        This means that the accountant or construction site manager must:<\/p>

        • to transcribe m\u00b2, pieces, hours<\/li>
        • re-enter the names of the works<\/li>
        • manually add KPD codes<\/li>

          • net instead of gross<\/li>
